Back-to-School Guarantee: Orders placed between May 1 and August 31 are eligible for extended returns through September 30.

Returns

At DormCloud, we want you to love your dorm setup. Returns will be accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided items are in original condition with all original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@dormcloud.co with your order number. Once your return request is approved, you will receive return instructions. Items must be securely packaged and shipped back in a similar manner to how they were delivered. Toppers must be shipped back within 20 days of starting a return request. Refunds are issued once the return is received and inspected.

Exchanges

We are not offering exchanges at this time.

Order Cancellations

Because orders begin processing immediately, we are unable to accommodate cancellation requests. Once an order has entered fulfillment or been prepared for shipment, it cannot be canceled and will instead be eligible for return under our standard return policy.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Because orders begin processing immediately, we are unable to make changes after an order is placed. DormCloud is not responsible for packages that are lost, misdelivered, or returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. Shipping and processing fees are non-refundable. If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, additional shipping or rerouting fees may apply.
